Integration / Store / Website

Yes, you can integrate your Shopify handle with us which will automatically sync all orders to the Dash101 seller panel.

Integrating Shopify is simple and easy. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  • Log in to your Shopify Sellers Panel.
  • Go to the App Store
  • Search for the Dash101 App
  • Click on Add App
  • Automatically Integrate Dash101 Logistics with a single click!

You can also integrate with Woocommerce following the same steps mentioned for Shopify. We will be enabling integrating with Amazon and Magento soon!

The Seller Panel or your account Dashboard can be accessed by signing in here. If you are not registered with us already, you can sign up for a free Dash101 Logistics account.

Orders

We do not charge any subscription fee for you to start working with us. We offer a free application and you can start working with a recharge of ₹200 which can be used for shipping. To check the latest first time recharge offers, head over to the sign up page.

No, our services are free to start and use with no commitment to a minimum number of orders. However, a minimum recharge of ₹200 is required which is credited to your account and can be used for shipments.

You can ship up to 10kgs through Dash101 Logistics.

To schedule pickup:

  • Open seller panel on the application
  • On the bottom right click on “More”
  • Click on “Direct Shipping”
  • Enter the pickup and drop address
  • Enter product details
  • Choose payment mode
  • Select package weight
  • Confirm to schedule pickup

Yes, you can track every order from the seller panel, under Manage Orders

To create multiple orders in bulk, you will have to use the Desktop panel. Here’s how you can do it:

  • On the seller panel, click on Create new Orders
  • Click on the Upload Orders in Bulk on the top right
  • Download the Excel sheet & clear the sample
  • Update product details, customer details and package weight in the sheet and Upload
  • Do this for all the orders you wish to ship

On every Monday, we share the Payment sheet on your registered email address. The payment sheet consists of details of the orders which got delivered and RTO till last week’s wednesday. You can also track the current payment status using the ‘View Payments’ tab on application.

To schedule a pickup for multiple customers in bulk, you will have to use the Desktop panel. Here’s how you can schedule a pickup:

  • On the seller panel, go to Manage Orders -> Approved Tab
  • Select all the orders you want to ship
  • Select on ‘I want to ship’ button present at the top, just below the date filter
  • You can either enter a different pickup address for every order by uploading a sheet or you can select a common pickup address for all orders
  • Shipment weight will be taken as 500g for all orders (unless specified otherwise)
  • The shipping partner for each order will be assigned on the basis of the preference provided by you in the Courier Partner Priority section
  • If you have sufficient credits to ship the selected orders, AWB generation will be initiated for them
  • You will receive a Bulk Summary Report email on your registered email address, which will give a success / failure response against each order
  • You will also receive an email with the labels for those orders for which AWB is generated

Once you confirm the pickup, you will receive the shipping label on your registered email address.

  • Take a print out
  • Take a copy of the label
  • Attach it to the package to be sent
  • Take a sign of the pickup boy on the label copy as proof of pickup

Yes, you can choose the shipping partner of your choice for each of your shipments, or you can automate it with SPRe (Shipping Partner Recommendation Engine)

Go to Manage Orders -> All Orders Tab and search for the order for which you need the shipping label -> Click on Download Label

To check for Pincode availability on the application:

  • Open seller panel
  • On the bottom right click on “More”
  • Click on “Shipping Charges”
  • On the top of the screen, check for Pincode availability

No, at this moment we do not offer international shipping service.

Billing

No, submitting your GST on our application is optional. If you opt to submit, it would automatically be applied on the orders shipped after submission.

To update your GST details:

  • Open seller panel on the application
  • On the bottom right click on “More”
  • Click on “Settings”
  • Click on “GST Setup”

We have a prepaid smart wallet system where every user can recharge as per their required shipping needs. The first recharge starts with ₹200.

Yes, we provide a COD mode of payment.

We follow a weekly remittance cycle. On every Monday, we calculate the Shipping Charges for the orders which were delivered or RTO till last week’s Wednesday. These charges are first adjusted against shipping credits and if credits are not sufficient then the COD amount is used to adjust remaining shipping Charges. Net collection amount is then transferred to the registered bank account.

Please check whether you have registered and verified your email and bank details. Alternatively, you can also download the payment sheet from the Payment History section on the desktop seller panel

To update your bank details:

  • Login to the seller panel
  • On bottom right click on “More”
  • Click on “Settings”
  • Click on “Your Bank Details”

Under the Orders Tab, click on the Payments section. Once the order is completed, you’ll be able to Return the order. Simply click on return and you’re done.

No, at this moment we do not offer shipping Insurance.

Payments

There are three payment methods offered to your customers

1. Cash on Delivery

2. Online Payment

3. Self collection - this is applicable only when you select the self shipment option

The following are the charges for various payment options:

1) Self-collection - No charges apply.

2) Online payments - 3% of the bill value as payment gateway charges.

3) Cash on delivery (COD) -

a. Self-delivery - No charges.

For using online payment and Dash101 shipping services:

Activation - Upload Bank account details and proof in the App.

Payment Process -

1) Get your money every Tuesday directly in your bank account along with a detailed payment report.

2) Only the above applicable charges will be deducted.

At this moment, it is not possible to use your own payment gateway. We have integration with PayUMoney.

NDR

NDR stands for Non-Delivery Report, it is a report of all your orders for which delivery failed in the last mile

You can go to Desktop Seller Panel -> Manage NDR tab on the side bar

  • You can first download the report from the Desktop Seller Panel
  • Then you can call the buyers for all the failed delivery orders and ask them if they are still interested in getting the product delivered. If yes, you can check what is their preferred date of delivery
  • Once you have this input, you can come to the panel and either click on ‘Reattempt’ or ‘RTO’ against each failed delivery order
  • If you choose ‘Reattempt’, you can also enter the customer’s preferred delivery date, and update the customer’s address and phone number
  • We will communicate this information with the courier partner and get your order delivered ASAP

Weight Discrepancy

  • You can go to Desktop Seller Panel -> Weight Discrepancy tab on the side bar
  • All the orders on which Dash101 Logistics has found a weight discrepancy will be highlighted in this tab

  • If you do not agree with the weight provided by the courier partner, you can raise a dispute on that weight discrepancy by going to the Desktop Seller Panel -> Weight Discrepancy tab
  • You will be asked to upload relevant proofs while raising a dispute
  • You can upload a photo or video of your product clearly showing its dead weight and dimensions

  • You will get 7 days to raise a dispute on a weight discrepancy once it is highlighted to you on the Desktop Seller Panel -> Weight Discrepancy tab
  • Once you raise a dispute by adding relevant proofs, our team will check the proofs and if they find them satisfactory, the difference amount charged to you will be refunded in the form of credits which will reflect in your Dash101 Logistics wallet
  • You will be able to see the status of your disputes on Desktop Seller Panel -> Weight Discrepancy tab
